The Saskatchewan Soil Conservation Association (SSCA) is concerned that the privacy rights of SSCA’s members, clients and website visitors are respected.

SSCA only collects the minimum amount of personal information required to communicate with members and clients, including conference and workshop registrants, and this information is securely stored.

Information Uses
The SSCA reserves the right to use this personal information for communication purposes. Some examples: the Prairie Steward newsletter, TopSoil email updates, conference brochures, member surveys, and renewal notices and membership solicitation.

SSCA will not sell or rent out mailing lists to third parties.

Website Information
No personal information is collected through SSCA’s website. The SSCA has restricted the use of cookies only to those situations where it enhances the performance and /or functionality of the website. Our website does not use cookies to track how visitors use this website or to determine previously visited websites.
